Neighbourhood Petite-Patrie

At the crossroads of key Montreal neighbourhoods

At the crossroads of Villeray, Rosemont, and Little Italy, Petite-Patrie is a peaceful working-class neighbourhood filled with homes, schools, churches, and small businesses. Its population is a diversified mix of young families, cultural communities, and seniors, but, together, they have a sense of joie de vivre and good neighbourly relations.

The population density is one of the highest in Montreal, and public transit is easily accessible. Here, “neighbourhood life” is clearly visible wherever you go with residents enjoying strolls to local attractions such as Jean Talon Market, Plaza Saint Hubert and other commercial streets, small Latin American and Vietnamese restaurants, and streets lined with mature trees, duplexes, and triplexes.
