LeBer-Lemoyne House

Protection action

Architect Kenneth I. Robb carried out various types of restoration work in 1964. Between 1980 and 1985, more work was done by architect Jean Morin, who returned the house to its 17th century appearance. It was designated a historic and archaeological site by the Quebec Government in 2001 and a National Historic Site of Canada in 2003. An archaeological dig was carried out as well as restoration work on the roof, the masonry, and the carpentry a few years later.
