Former Dominion Bridge

Achitecture

Developed horizontally, the complex is an excellent example of functionalist industrial architecture characterized by the spacing of windows and the pattern layout of the red brick.

It includes machine shops, warehouses, impressive elevating machinery, the Shipping House, and the head office, a beautiful Art Deco building, all linked by a private railroad equipped with its own engines and freight cars.
